Custom designed 15" high-resolution LCD monitors for the ENG cameraman, on-air talent, and other applications in videography. Customize to be the perfect solution for truck and helicopter, newsgathering, and sports broadcasters. Each LCD Field Confidence Monitor is durable, made to last, take hits, and bright for outdoor solutions.

Truck and helicopters have special needs and most of these have been addressed (see description and options below).

Features:

  • 15-inch high-resolution LCD monitor and housing
  • Membrane control with LED lights (for each switch) to indicate if they are turned on or off silk screen lettering… (patent pending).
  • "Shim" fits over the lens (screen protector) then a "Ring" placed over the lens and shim. This compresses the lens and makes the front watertight. Stainless steel Philips (10-32) screws holds the assembly in place. Note: no compromising holes in the protective lens.
  • Handle - stainless steel. Note controls are underneath the handle.
  • 1024 x 768 screen resolution. 15" LCD color screen.
  • Aluminum housing, power coated black.
  • Small audio monitor.
  • Mono mini plug for head phones (headphone plug in, speaker cuts out).
  • RF In
  • Composite video In
  • BNC mounted antenna - side mounted
  • All plugs are broadcast quality - BNC (video) or XLR (audio).
  • Anton Bauer quick release mount. Mount in rear of housing. Unit is designed to run off Anton Bauer brick battery or its equal - 12v.
  • Rear torque arm stand - medal, approx 14+ lbs. of torque on arm stand hinge.
  • NTSC/ Pal TV receiver with remote control for initial set-up of channels. When powered down then back up unit does not need to be re-programmed.
  • UL Approved.
  • Note: Splash Proof design (all most completely watertight except for where the Anton Bauer battery connector is, located on the back)

    First designed for CBS/K-CAL, Los Angeles the MMR-B8 is a 8” high-resolution LCD monitor with the aspect ratio of both 16:9,4:3,and 16:9 streached. This Composite video unit, like the MMR-B15, is in a rugged custom made housing.


    Standard Features:
  • 1- "C" Clamp (light stand) for camera mounting.
  • 1- Umbilical cable ("P" adaptor) to power from the camera's 12v battery pack;
  • 1-BNC (self-terminating) connector.

    • MMR-B8OB, its sister unit,is optical bonded for brighter image and is made for helicopter use. It to has the aspect ratios 4:3, 16:9, 16:9 default This unit is standard with Composite In, "C" Clamp, Rugged housing, and 12v operation.
